We watched this in ELA, it was a surprise but I’m really impressed with your work!

I watched a reaction, where the guy just burst into tears. He said the way Eurelicus tells Odysseus he is tired. And calls him still a friend. And how he says how much longer must I suffer now. That he is so sure they will never make it home, cause with Odysseus sacrifice his trust is broken. AND THE FACT THAT HE KNEW THAT IT IS THE HOME OF THE SUNGOD. Not to forget, Eurelicus knew hunger and killing an animal that belongs to someone else killed polities... The guy listed it all an looked in the camera and goes. "Eurelicus knows whats happening. This is a suicide. He is still a little scared, but the "Captain" at the End is more resignation than everything else. Also in the next song, he accepted his death while the rest of the crew tried to take Odysseus down with him. He wanted it to end. And the way Odysseus asked Eurelicus to reconsider shows that Odysseus knows too. " At first I thought it was a Sang leading from one danger to another. But after that reaction.... I can't unsee it. I don't know if this is intentional, but I really love this way to interpret the song and I wanted to share this with you.

When will the full version of this come out?

This is my favourite animatic for this song! I hadn't yet been able to find one that showed the crew in the background backing eurylochus' doubt or being affected by it. Everytime Eurylochus says "how" and is joined by his "instrument" the crew, because he represents the crew to Odysseus and represents the captain to the crew. I love this!!

It is so ironic how they are all pissed at him but yet they did so much shit themselves while Odysseus tried to save their asses many times, I get that what he did was cruel but please, THINK BEFORE ACTING. Without Odysseus they would ALL be dead, if they only listened to him no one would have died and all 600 men would still be on board. It is so irritating I swear, nothing would have happened if they only listened to him, the CAPTAIN.

something i really like is that ATHENA is the one to tell Telemachus to stop. just a simple shake of the head communicates so much, that this round is over and he won’t gain anything from immediately attacking him again. it’s such a subtle change that completely shifts the ending of the song. of course he’d immediately try to get back in the ring, but Athena knows better.
