Hey with the Decklink Duo, if you have two available inputs for Lower Thirds, you can open the configure screen settings and establish an alpha key. Unlike Luma and Chroma, Alpha Key keys out transparency. It’s the best way to get clean lower thirds, retain full definition. You would just need to make sure your slide’s background is transparent. Great video.

Is that all you can do with your controller just to changed color? Controller look so expensive. The wled can be self addressed.

It's not the musicians I worry about, it is the singers that never know where to go. lol A lot of times I play on feel, especially with worship, if i feel like it needs a build, I will put it in. I use to lead worship as a Drummer, and we would practice, and I always told them, this is what we are practicing, but It may change some depending on the environment, the mood, etc. You have to know all of those aspects. If the mood in the church is soft, and people are just softly praying, you don't always want to play the fastest song in your arsenal. You may get up there and start playing a song that wasnt even on the set list because that is what felt right. It is always important to be prepared. I feel like Drummers always get ignored, but no one knows where the song is going as much as the drummer. We can change the whole song with a simple change and if you are good at it, no one will ever know you never practiced it that way. :)

Curious, from some of your other videos…couldn’t you use clear gorilla glue and attach Velcro strips to the corrugated boards and staple the other side of Velcro to the boards to have a cleaner no staples on front design? Thoughts anyone…would love some input on this.

Paid singers? lol man I’ve been in church as a PK for over 54 years, you’ve got to be kidding. Most church positions are voluntary some are salaried. Bottom line it’s a case by case based on a lot of factors especially size of church. I pray churches that God set up will have musicians that LOVE GOD THE CHURCH AND MONEY LAST
