There's got to be a way to fight this. There has to be. 😢😢😢 If this person is a Christian there's no way they will get away with this. It will come back to haunt them. I'm not talking in manner of cursing someone. I'm simply speaking from God's principles of sowing and reaping. You own the copyright once you published it to KZbin, but a copyright is only as good as your ability to defend it. It's the same way with a trademark. You can trademark something, but if you don't defend it, then you'll lose the protection. You have every right to publish the original video in it's original context and be fully monetized, but you'll likely have to pull in a lawyer to do that.
