I love the Deluxe as well. Great video. I’m trying to decide between the Deluxe and the Road King. Any input ? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

I bought a 350cc Meteor last June and love it 😀 I have downsized from a 750cc B M W 3 cylinder, Just love the concept of a single cylinder air cooled engine, with electronic ignition & fuel injection, great bike , great reviews 👍

On my beautiful 350 Classic, I find that being relatively slow and being fun to ride slow, removes police anxiety that I have had for the 50 years I've been riding . But I also have to admit, it does help to be old, and a bit over Speeding.

You still ride those Royal Enfield bikes how do they stack up to the sportster

Hello Sir. Thank you for your take on the Classic 500. At 49 Im a newbe. I have never ridden but I have been thinking about getting a motorcycle for the past few years but I just couldn't justify it for something I don't like. That is until I found Royal Enfield. What got me started was Janus Motorcycles but after pinning over it there were major draw backs. One being the cost and two being limitied production line. Haveing a sizable production means having spare parts avalable, and maintenance support. As a new rider I capped myself at $4K for a bike. I think thats reasonalbe price to find a quality made used bike. What I didn't expect to find were '24 unsold 350's for under $4K. But I also found used 500's with less than 5000 miles on them. So my interest have been renewed and so has my dream of traviling Europe by Bike. So again thanks for the honest take on riding a RE as a seasoned rider. Your input was heard and valued and taken into account. Thank you again.

I owned a kawi W650 for many years. One thing I hated about that bike were the rubber foot pegs. When I would weight my feet going around corners, the pegs flexed down. If you stood up on the bike crossing train tracks for example, the pegs drooped a lot. I did not like not having a solid footing. I would consider a w800 in the future, but man i hated the pegs. And on the w650 there is no aftermarket since the bikes never sold in any significant volume. I was never able to correct that defect.

So the point of the video was about handling the bike on gravel roads. So after skipping and stopping through this video to get to the point , I still really do not know any more than I knew already. The old man claims that he believes this machine handles well on gravel roads. He did not prove that point. He fooled around in some gravel in between riding on paved roads. I am pretty sure i could do the same on any m.c and so could you, the viewer. The RE 350 that I bought in Thailand I know is under-powered and over-weight - so am I - you have to accept this reality or else pay a lot more money to buy a better machine. I chose the RE 350 and paid my money and now I would appreciate an honest evaluation on how the thing handles on gravel, and sandy roads. Do you need to spend the money to buy an scrambler machine or is the RE 350 adequate>? That was the question .Or is the stock, ordinary RE 350 okay on gravel and dirt roads.? Ronin did not really answer it. The last time I road off regular pavement intentionally was long ago - before you were born - on a Triumph Bonneville and it was a dream. Now I do not have the means to acquire such a superb machine, nor do I have the physical strength or balance - you may say I should check out a wheel chair - to trust myself to going off-road (whether intentionally or by accident ) on an RE 350. but I am simply asking for a valid,, honest opinion on this question.

If you look at my debadging video ony channel, you'll see my Road King and I brag on the "Go Cruise" and show it on my bars. $20 on Amazon...ive bought over a half dozen for buddies gifts and also put them on every bike ive had for almost 15 years since i found the product, even the 2017 M8 Limited... SO intuitive to use and I preferred it over the HD cruise control 100x over. Might want to try it. Love the shake of my TC 96, love the open to wind ride, love about everything the actual bike gives me. I now handle all maintenance away from HD myself or I found an independent shop if I need it. Road Kings are the best in the line for sure. Maybe one day I'll add a Triumph speedmaster, but the RK really does it all. Enjoy the miles! 👊

Thank you for the advice and evaluation. About the wide front foot pegs: I got the dealer to instal them on my Meteor. But I do not experience any of the improvements that this young man Ronin goes on about. As far is toe-heal shifting I never had a problem with that. The thing is in my experience these foot pegs are placed too far forward. The point is that when riding on these terrible roads, here in Chiang Mai, Thailand, a person gets jolted constantly, causing compression to the spine. Bikes with the foot pegs set back a few inches - as I had on my old Bonneville, long years ago, and I believe also they are closer to ther ear on other RE models - allows the rider to partly lift the butt off the seat and take that jolt in the legs. With the foot pegs so far forward it is very difficult and awkward to do this simple, obvious maneouver. I had hoped these wider pegs would make up for this problem but, sadly, it has not made much difference, I haven't yet taken any long trips on my RE but I am very much encouraged by young man Ronin's comments.

So easy to pull up to a light with the foot pegs out of the way. Amazing chrome snd paint. I must say I prefer my 883 for local riding it’s just a perfect fit. It runs cooler and the engine just feel right.

I own a Kawasaki W800 now (MY2022) and I absolutely love it. The vibrations are only there for the first 10 minutes then its soft sailing. Bought it used for 6700€ and a lot of people compliment my bike on how it looks brand new (and it does). I keep it verty clean, polished and shiny and i enjoy maintaining it.

Bought one and when it arrived it didn't work, and the hose would not re-seat properly. Sent it back and waited, and waited, and waited for replacement. Long wait. This is great for bike tires and football/basketballs. It takes a really long time to inflate a 35-40 psi auto tire. There is zero chance you can inflate four tires on one charge. The hose gets very hot. I waited for it to cool before trying to inflate a second tire. Had another manufacturers hose pop after extended use so I was very cautious. One suggestion, the screen is very difficult to read in sunlight an brighter screen would be helpful.
