@@MAMZYY_YT all king crimson does is reposition himself. It's effectively time stop except the user can't interact with anyone during the time stop. There are 2 exceptions but that's a fate thing and Diavolo didn't actually harm them in his ability

I didn’t say demons don’t exist in Jojo’s, what I was saying is that Diavolo himself isn’t a demon, as he’s only a metaphorical figure of the devil (or a demon) within the story. Also, Diavolo only has two different souls because his DID worsened the older he got (he’s 33 now) according to polnareff, which means that it’s still a mental condition, albeit a very over-exaggerated one considering that it is jojos afterall.

@@MAMZYY_YT Him being a demon is not confirmed, neither is his soul being originally one. Id say it’s much weirder for a soul to become two, and two so distinct at that, that the daughter of one of them (from before this supposed worsening), can only feel one. Demons are just bad spirits in Jojo, and it stands to reason that the abnormality of his birth was due to this other soul, being born as well. It isn’t possession, but if Diavolo was there from the beginning, which seems more likely than not, then either for some random reason two souls were born or there was an interference, it seems plausible that a soul like one in dead man’s questions would try and be born again, losing all their memories, but not some of their weird traits (crazy paranoia). Since we have almost no info on anything it’s all just as plausible as everything else, and it doesn’t take anything away from the character.

If you look back at the scene with polnareff, there’s a visual presentation of how one goes from having 1 soul to then 2 split souls because of DID (in-universe) that goes along with his explanation, so technically it has been confirmed that the soul wasn’t originally split from birth, cause otherwise his explanation makes no sense and is just wasted screentime. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against the idea of them both being born simultaneously cause the anime’s director decided that for the anime and made it look plausible (albeit in a different way). I just think that based on everything that was confirmed within the story that they weren’t born as 2 separate souls, but instead just 2 split personalities that later became 2 separate souls because of how much worse Diavolo/Doppio’s DID got with time.

The thing is, spiritual soul themes in JoJo are pretty loose and serve as symbolic visualisation of some complex psychological aspects of human nature. After all, it's a show about fate, humanity spirit, and being truthful to yourself and others. So, no, it actually is split personality - just over exaggerated as JoJo often does with many things.

Araki literally stated he believes in ghosts and spirits irl the way he writes them in Jojo, and there have been many instances where this explanation of yours regarding psychological themes just doesn’t apply at all, specially in Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, where most of this stuff is presented.

You’re probably right but remember that other game was in 3D and making a Moveset for a 3D fighting game is different from making one for a 2D fighting game. Yh gens is still the goat as far as 3D sonic games goes for me, just wish the final boss didn’t suck but I do agree that it could’ve done with a better & harder difficulty curve for later levels too, especially for the planet wisp levels. And even though I still love SA2 more, the SA1 take is very fair & understandable tbh, I just wish it aged better in a lot of aspects and didn’t have bigs gameplay be so horrendous but that’s just me lol, I would love to see it get remade like the crash trilogy

@@MAMZYY_YT Generations issues IMO are minor, all things considered, it's aged well and is very replayable; though ironically I've seen most levels from Mania Time Attack'ed (no bosses admittedly) in less time than it takes to speedrun (without glitches or abilities) a level of Generations. So I wonder if Mania might be more your length in Time Attack mode without bosses, the only negatives being you'd also miss the good bosses and some of the good sequences that are considered a 'part' of the boss fight. The positive about Generations' low difficulty is like Sonic 2, you really don't need to be in the mood for a tougher game to pick it up. I just flat out basically ignore non Sonic stuff in Adventure 1 because I can (missing only the final level and the one stage Sonic doesn't play in). So I rank pretty exclusively to Sonic's content. And I find the ways it has aged to be uniquely charming and almost never hurt the fun factor much.

Fair enough, but I don’t necessarily agree that mania’s levels are better than sonic 2’s. Especially since a lot of them, while being very well designed for the most part, just over stay there welcome a bit too much for my liking as it can make some of them a chore to play rather than actually being fun most of the time, an issue I’ve never found as much while playing sonic 2. Also I find the bosses in mania to be far inferior to 2’s but to each his/her own, both games are still awesome at the end of the day 💯💪🏿

@@MAMZYY_YT I find some Sonic 2 levels a little short or at least even the longest could be 30-50% longer. And they're a bit easy (until Metropolis which sucks). So to each their own!
