Toru i feel is most likely gonna be paid dlc. It's like he mentioned, most people who are gonna be playing this game are likely anime only fans so they'll prolly not even have a clue who toru even is. We already know this game is gonna be getting character passes so it's safe to assume that at least some of those character pass characters will be both minor characters and manga characters. Possible characters from both part 7 and 8.

@@yoboiililtorii2998 I think Moody Blues can be playable as a copy character. Kirby in smash has a special attack where he absorb his opponent and gain one of his opponent special attack. Seth, from Street Fighter 5 has a special move that consist in a command gab that (if succesfully hits) takes a copy of one of his opponent signature attack and can incorporate those copied attacks into his own combos. I think Abbachio's stand will do something like that type of characters. 🤔💭

Eh, nah. Part 2 and Part 8 got featured in the trailers that covered other parts. Part 5 is the odd one out and it's confirmed that this exists because of Part 5 anime hype. So if there's a remaining character, my bets on Part 5 with Abbacchio.

Stroheim is a solid prediction; also with the 4 dlc-s there will be 4 more characters, i think we can safely predict that one of them is gonna be Weather Report. And i do have a feeling, that the remaining 3 will be characters that were playable in Eyes of Heaven and currently are "missing" from Battle R.

Fair point, I honestly didn’t think about that going into the making of this video but regardless I don’t think that necessarily nullifies the chances of a p2 or p8 character making it into the games base roster, remember things can change later down the line

(pt8 is severely underrepresented, even if it is less popular than the animated parts one character is still not sufficient imo...And I have a bad feeling that all they're gonna do for pt8 is just port Joshu from eoh and call it a day...)

It will be a Part 5 character. It’s like the most popular one, even surpassing 3 which already has way too many characters in the game. Part 5 is the only part which didn’t show up in a character reveal trailer yet, so it‘ll finally get the love it deserves in a game. My bet is on Abbachhio. And no, I don’t think they‘ll change their minds on the last character last minute, development takes longer than that, saying maybe it’s Strohheim or Weather is just puffing that copium. They can always be DLC tho.

I think its really just going to be another part 5 character 1. If they wanted to show Stroheim or a Part 8 rep they would have showed them in the previous trailers that included those parts. Wouldn't make sense to mention Part 2 and 8 in the previous trailers if they were planning to show characters from them later on. 2. You said popularity matters too, well Part 5 is easily one of the most popular parts in Japan, surpassing even 4 and 3. 3 and 4 got 2 new characters each so 5 getting 3 doesn't seem out of the ordinary. 3. 5 is also animated so yeah.

Fair point, I honestly didn’t think about that going into the making of this video but regardless that doesn’t necessarily 100% guarantee a spot for any other new part 5 characters to take that last spot in the base roster, things can change later down the line & in regards to your other points… 2. Part 5 is more popular than parts 3 & 4 yes, but barely & it’s like I explained in the video, each part has only received a max of 2 new characters each. Just because part 5s more popular than the other parts doesn’t necessarily guarantee that it’ll get an extra character, by that logic then part 6 should’ve gotten 2 or 3 characters as it currently stands as the most popular & more relevant jojo part as it is the one that’s been getting the most attention & advertising from Bandai, shuiesha & many other companies due to the ongoing anime despite the whole Netflix issue which hasn’t really diminished its popularity or relevancy as much as people think, 3. Also in regards to your 3rd & final point, when I was talking about popularity & being animated as an advantage I was mainly comparing part 2 & part 8, not the other parts including part 5
