i think i have a good explanation for why Lisanna's Fairy Tail emblem changes color and placement. I think I remember when Lisanna passed, and went into Edolas, her guild emblem disappears, when she returns from Edolas, i assume when it came time for her to receive her emblem again, she might have decided to change the placement and its color too, this is just my best guess

Re: the Baron's recreation of the scene of the sacrifice: you are making the assumption that this group (cult, whatever) only sacrificed children that one time and if the Baron missed it there was no way he could've ever known what the room/ritual etc. looked like. I feel I must ask you why you didn't think these sacrifices might've been going on a long time and that the Baron might've been present for some of them earlier on? There is a great deal about this ritual, it's purpose and likely itinerary that the visitor (who comes to the Baron after the fire that took out the Phantomhives and tells him the group managed to get Ciel as one of their prospective 'lambs') does not need to explain to Kelvin which seems to imply to me Baron Kelvin is only too familiar and these rituals are an ongoing thing the Baron is very familiar with. The visitor doesn't need to explain exactly what takes place in one of these that tells me Kelvin's attended and knows exactly what's goiong to be done to these 'lambs' including Ciel. He is way too excited not to know exactly what it all means. He's seen the inside of that church before. It fits all too well with his hysterical approval of the children that get slaughtered in Jokers 'show' that he is urged to put on for the Baron and his guests.
