Levi isn’t reallly that powerful. The Beast Titan could control dozens of Titans and throw scattershot rocks at distances longer than the 120 meter Titan. Levi would have been shredded if he didn’t have help from the last scouts.

beast, now beast is #2 in marley, warhammer is definitely the (was) strongest. now erens omni titan is indisputably the strongest. it is possible that armin is roughly of equal power given his mass alone, but if he cant damage the crystal eren will now be able to reside in outside his titan (or in if desired id imagine) then he cant defeat him. Also eren can likely manifest a massive blade and cut the collosal legs right down. best titan is nowhere near levis strength, in a fair fight, zeke was humiliated as levi reduced his limbs to sushi effortlessly.
