The same way the Sahaba prayed, they saw Prophet Muhammad (saw) pray, and then, tabiyeen prayed by watching and learning from Sahaba, then Taba'tabyeen learned from tabiyeen.. all the way to you and me who learnt from our Imam or parents or by watching in congregation. It's an uninterrupted transmission of living practice, which has nothing to do with the written hadiths we have today. So to answer your question, I pray exactly like how everyone prays at a Masjid. This is like a Blockchain that couldn't be altered thanks to daily congregational prayers. Even if NO hadith was ever compiled, we Muslims would still know how to pray! No One learns a practice from written text. No one learns to pray Salaat from hadiths (you literally can't), No pilot learns to fly by reading a book, No surgeon performed heart surgery by reading a book, these are taught and learned in person. A Muslim learns how to pray from other Muslims, including elders/Scholars and/or masajid. Same for other rituals. Assalam Alaikum.

So here's the catch the Sahab and the tabioun that you follow them in there way of prayer are the ones that transmitted the Hadiths reliably so why would you trust them regarding praying and you don't trust them regarding Hadiths? And how do you know that the shabba prayed your way do you have a text that supports this info? and yes pilots learn how to fly in two ways reading a book and practicing same for the surgeon And the same goes for the Hadiths I read the instructions than I practice them you can't preform a surgery if you didn't read and memorize books and the same goes for the salat Plus you can't just follow the salat of other Muslims because these Muslimd are relying on Hadith to get the instructions on how do they pray So you have many problems here

Sorry for the detailed answer but I want you to be 100% unbiased for the next 5 minutes and tell me if my response to that is valid or not: We do trust the mutawattur sources. It's near impossible to forge a knowledge that's been wide-spread to masses. Although that's not the primary reason we believe the Qur'an is preserved, our Aqeedah is that it is God who chose to protect the Qur'an 100% is why it is preserved (regardless of what means He chose). However yes, other information/knowledge could be well preserved too, like the living Sunnah on how to perform rituals (except for minor additions/innovations, which is understandable, and we can ignore these). So we do rely and follow the mass-spread unchanged (to the macro level) Sunnah of the Prophet (saw), which includes basic elements/rituals of the Salaat, Umrah, Hajj, etc. I hope you agree so far, but your question would be louder now, "then why not Hadiths" ? We have no problems is potentially accepting that the mutawattur hadiths that 100% comply with the Qur'an are also true and authentic (maybe not verbatim, because it still went through a chain of error-prone regular humans), but as a narration they are valid. (If you ask any "Hadith rejector" they'll say the same, that many hadiths are authentic too. So far, we're on the same page (I hope)...Now comes the differences: 1a) There exists Sahih Hadiths that directly contradicts the Qur'an (there are many)... AND.. there exists Sahih Hadiths that literally mock and defame our Prophets (saw) and their wives! ..Many are vulgar and blasphemous, and they're also categorised as "Sahih" (and in Sahih Al-Bukhari). Such hadiths are 100+ in Sahih Bukhari alone. These matters are buried by the scholars by either not discussing them in public (which worked well until the internet), OR. producing excuses and biased interpretations (instead of discarding a seriously doubtful hadith they continue to defend it), OR, by twisting the interpretation of Verses of the Qur'an to suit and satisfy the hadith (instead of vice versa). I can provide MANY examples on such on-going corruption. So now, when I already have the COMPLETE Deen with me, in terms of Qur'an and the living practice, why do I need to risk my fate by defending such dubious ahadith that mock the Prophets or contradicts the Qur'an? I fear Allah and I cannot dare to ascribe any falsehood on the Prophet (saw). 1b) Remember how we can trust mutawattur sources? Guess what, barely 5% of the entire Hadiths are "mutawattur" from their root level. 95%+ are khabr-ahaad. This is critical problem with the hadith collection we have. We're solely relying on the memory and trustworthiness of many individuals to present to us our Deen, from which we decide halal and haram, while we already have a Book of Criteria, i.e. the Qur'an, fully detailed! So ask yourself, are you following the Islam revealed to you by Allah (swt) or have you started following a version of that Deen as the centuries passed, e.g. after 250 years of the Prophet (saw) when you over-relied on 100s of individual hearsays to make up your entire Deen? 2) If you look back into the lives of Sahaba, tabiyeen, Taba'tabyeen, NO one said "Sure, I'd pray like that but can you provide me a written instructions?".. NOPE! Prophet said "pray how you watch me pray", Sahaba told the same to tabiyeen, and so on. Until your parents, where you learned from. 3) Yes of course there is documentation of everything. Our documentation is the Qur'an. As for hadiths, they are the documentations transcribed "FROM" the actions. There is no single hadith that contains the entire Salaat in steps! So technically it's impossible to use hadiths and learn how to pray. These are post-documentations.
