I didn't feel the needle at all. Going into my thigh. I didn't have instructions about pinching the skin. I don't think I got the dose.

I had been injecting on the top of my thighs sitting down and would usually only have a dot of blood. When I followed this example side location standing up, there was so much blood that came out that it was mildly concerning 😭😭 I think I’ll stick to the top from now on 😅

I did my first injection on my thigh… heard both clicks quickly. I held it there until yellow was clearly stopped in the window .. pressed firmly enough to make a ring on my skin.. however, I see no needle mark and I had no pain at all… how do I know the needle even hit my thigh skin? 😮 no leakage just no needle mark, pain or sign it went in.

All of these descriptions show the process for the first time a pen is used. Maybe it's just me, but it's not clear what the process is for administering the second and subsequent doses. Do I first dial to the dosage (25mg) and then press the pump? Or do I press the pump first and then dial to 25mg?

First dose today for me.

This is so complicated compared to the other injectables I have tried. The medical field can miss me with whole " " off label " use we heard over the 19. I am type 2, and it has taken months to get an injectable back. Monjaro worked wonderfully.
