A couple more tips and tricks, let the injection get room temperature before using, it can help ease pain, the colder it is the more shock there is, the warmer it is the less it will hurt, other pro tip, ice the area before and after injecting to help ease pain. I also rotate six ways, I do left side of belly, then right, then left arm then right then left thigh then right to keep the area from getting hard, my mom tends to inject the same sites and it is making her skin get hard. P.S. thanks for this video it really helped, I've been doing the thigh one wrong.

@@chrisandkhyla9119 I am a user not a medical professional. I had the same symptoms. I don't throw up, but the meds did make me puke a couple times. But for me, it got better as my body got used to the medicine. Each time your doctor ups the dosage you'll probably experience these side effects too, but to a lesser extent in both time in severity. Also lost about 60 lbs in a little over a year doing nothing different and it gave me confidence that I could lose weight.. so for me the little bit of yucky feeling was worth it. I am using it for diabetes but the weight loss is just the icing on the cake.

I find if you let it sit out for 30 min before injecting.

I let it sit out for a bit to warm up and I also use an ice cube on my skin to numb the area. I'm a big baby and make my wife inject me because I go all sweat-palm and can't bring myself to mash the button. It still hurts/stings (I call it "Satan's Stinger"), but the pain does go away quickly.
