Please I need your help! I have a 6lb blackrock hen that was shaking her head today and what looked like sneezing.I picked her up and she was wheezing.I immediately researched and concluded gapeworm.I had some Zemectin 1.87% paste in the medicine cabinet.I gave her a small dab about pea sized orally.Did I do the right thing or have I possibly killed my girl?If ANYONE knows about the Zemectin and the dosage I gave,please asap let me know.Thank you in advance.Hope I didn't do something bad.

I am dealing with this right now. I have the Hylands Prid. Should I apply it after her epsom soak? The scab is still hard and not ready to come off. I bought the prid yesterday and applied it once so far after her soak. But I wasn’t sure if I should wrap it after applying the prid? I didn’t as I did not want to trap the infection in there, but I wonder if not wrapping it after applying prid causes it not to work as it just gets wiped off?

Hey Ricardo! Question for you! My hubby built another coop and I feel like both of our coops the nesting bars are too high! Do you have a video on how to make steps? My hubby is burnt out of building and I wanna get this done because otherwise I’ll have to wait til it cools down I’m in Southern Az it’s hot! I have a step ladder inside both of my coops but the chickens are flying up to the bars and I’ve noticed a couple have a hard time getting up and down! I feel bad! Ty

Glad y'all are back. Very strange circumstances to hear that you would get suspended with what sounds like a rush to judgement. Disappointing but happy it was resolved and to see you are back in business! Regarding the seedlings, do you have a not of ants? I've been looking into this problem myself. I've been in Alabama for quite a few years and in the area I'm in now, there are the most ants I've ever been around, and they all bite and sting. I saw a thing online that ants may not destroy a plant to eat it, but sometimes they inject formic acid into the plant and it will eventually die. I've not been able to grow cucumbers very well with direct seeding. This year I tried Sevin GardenTech crumbles and I've had better luck. I don't know if it was ants or not. There are many other insects and other bugs also. Very very frustrating and I don't really like having to use pesticides, but neem oil was not getting it done.
