I like your picks, but I think your reasoning for Spidey makes him a better fit for the blue lanterns. Though I think one would immediately fly to Dr. Doom. Because his unshakable will is his defining characteristic, if doom wills it he does it.

I agree with 2 & 3 but I think Carnage would be a better fit for an Indigo ring. While instead I suggest Norman Osborne/Green Goblin, as I think he just wants power, and chooses to take it through fear.

I disagree with Reed Richards, I think from the fantastic four Ben Grimm/The Thing is a better candidate as he has constant hope that he can become whole again. While I think Reed would be a better candidate for a Green Lantern ring as that’s Reed’s second most defining character trait, is indomitable will. But surprised you didn’t pick spider-man

I agree with punisher but I think one of them would easily seek out Thanos, because he legitimately has no empathy or care for life. And instead of Norman I’d think it would seek out Cletus Kassidy/Carnage, because he legitimately lacks any sort of empathy to where he’s often a conduit for mass extinction, while still being a serial killer. I disagree with Norman because he has the capacity for empathy he just chooses not to choose empathy. While with Ultron he cannot perceive compassion as a notion and the ring either would do nothing because he has no consciousness, or it would kill Ultron, as the very notion of not killing caused Ultron to commit suicide. Love the video idea though mate! Keep it up!

great short. i like that you gave good examples and valid reasoning behind your picks. an honorable mention or maybe trade reed or kurt out in my list for someone like Xavier. no matter what he constantly hopes for peace and tranquility between species. his darker underbelly might cause a little flack but i think Xavier’s whole mentality and agenda revolves around hope in general. hope for peace. hope for prosperity. hope for a better tomorrow not just for mutants but for everyone

Despite his connection with Superman, I think Henshaw works as great Green Lantern villain as well. Not only both have abilites from alien tech but they are basically opposites of each other: While Hal Jordan the other Green Lanterns are define by their determination and will power, Henshaw, bc of what he suffered, has none of this. He just broken man who just wants to die.

I think Steve Rogers would receive a Green Lantern ring before Peter Parker. The man literally sacrificed himself to save the world and in the process, lost everything he ever knew, all his friends and family, his home, everything. Daredevil sure. Not Spider-man. Spidey is plagued by the same fear that keeps Superman from being a Green Lantern. His fear of his own power. Ironman has the same fear that keeps Batman from being a Lantern. Fear of failure. Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson, Ben Grimm, Orroro Monroe, and Kurt Wagner would be my choices.

Grest choices...well done! A nitpick: I think you've inadvertently suggested that Tony Stark's alcoholism was something Stan Lee baked i to him. I think that aspect of the character didn't come out until the run of writer Dave Michelinie and co-plotter/inker Bob Layton. They started laying that down back in 1978. He was a character whose playboy image often had him with a drink in his hand, but to was that later team who started that particular train, which was gradually retconned into his drinking in his student days. Tony's cardiac issues were his original hamartia. As cardiology became more advanced in the real world, they addressed the issue in continuity, and I think retconning Tony into alcoholism was an ingenious way to humanism....one brought to vivid life by the personal understanding of former substance abuser Robert Downey.
