Thank you I’m doing my home windows. I got a single sheet on it but this morning I noticed the sun was shinning through. The whole purpose of putting this window film up is to try to save on my electric bill I wish to goodness I’d saw your video first. Thank you for your help

I just had window tint shop do what they wanted on my truck instead of doing what I asked. I already paid and left but realized later they didn’t do what I asked on the receipt was the tint they put on. What can I do because they won’t retint my windows and if they do I’ll have to pay again… how is this one set you? Bat Tint shop good costumer will this make you feel better because tomorrow am going to see what they going to do about hopefully they will replace the tint and it’s ceramic too

No need to shrink most strips, but yes absolutely it changes the direction of the. Shrink.

Hi guys. Just want to ask is it okay to double the tint? Because my car came with stock security tint from factory, but very clear and doesnt filter the heat properly. So I am in the market to apply new tint. I'm still very much love the original tint due to its security features, but afraid that if I apply another layer of tint (probably around 3mil-5mil), it will affect my power window. Do you have any advice?

i had 15% over 5% for 2 years and had it removed a couple months back to replace with just 20%. Double layering most definitely affected the efficiency of the power windows, but honestly you trade maybe a millisecond in window speed for max privacy haha. pick your poison ig.

It's a degreaser much like Super Clean, Purple Power, Zep, Simple Green, ect.. Other alternatives would be just using something like brake cleaner, acetone, or isopropyl alcohol. Only downside is they evaporate quickly, have a strong smell, and can damage your skin with prolonged exposure. Their are tons of methods to remove adhesive residue, just depends on where and what your removing it from.

Actually no need to remove the two 10mm by each of the lights. Those bolts hold the speakers to the door. Only need to remove the 10mm by the pull cord. The panel is held on my 12 push clips. so just pry them out.

Good call. I’m about to pop panel off. 2014 Runner lift gate is rusted out from the inside. All of this internal components have been compromised. So yesterday 7/29 I powered window down a bit to get some airflow and the glass went sideways & upon further inspection through rust holes in the garage I could see the tiny cable that secures glass has slipped off these round polyurethane guide tabs. Ahhhhh. Living in northern Wisconsin winters wreaks havoc on metal parts.
