The issue with the jab isn’t that it doesn’t land it’s that any follow up after the jab becomes inconsistent. When the jab lands it tends to throw the opponents head off the center line making combos whiff entirely. If you want to play off the jab you have to use single jabs but that style comes with a very high risk low reward since they don’t hard counter anything and it’s impossible to get rocks and KOs with jabs. The advancing body jab has far superior utility than any of the regular jabs and is safer to use since the animation ducks under hooks and jabs. In reality a good jab allows fighters to set up combinations. Since that isn’t really possible to do in the game right now we are stuck in the hook meta.

The jabs helps start every other punch. The jab won’t land but throwing the jab first Alamogordo allow any other punch to come afterwards

I’ve been hearing the tracking isn’t as bad with offline play as it is with online. I’m thinking it has something to do with latency and the P2P connections

@ unity engine was never good for online play. This might be a reason why they’re transitioning the game over to unreal engine. My guess is it’s easier to hire developers who are familiar with UE than it is unity.

I agree about the paywall but that’s how every game is basing their games these days so I’m not blaming undisputed for doing it as well

@@teejay8435 Yea it averages out to about 51 new fighters over the course of a year….We started out with at least 81 at launch (with the WBC edition)….They have about 200+ fighters signed….I will say we got about 3 years worth of DLC to buy lol

@ his accuracy and movement speed need to be buffed imo, maybe even buffing his guard resistance. But 81 accuracy for someone who usually lands over 60% of their power punches seems odd. Body resistance being a 81 is odd aswell
