Guys like Larry Holmes have a really great body jab that will close the distance really fast, love pairing that with a lead hook and power rear hook

At first I thought this was about how to defeat opponents who had good footwork xD Im still trying to figure out how to get through a good RJJ defense

Use the jab, check hooks, and weave-body shot in whichever direction they are moving. Watch their movement pattern and punch pattern while figuring out your range and what shots you need to look out for, if it's a rjj the right straight is open all day if you time the punch right. Use r1-left stick back to use a pull counter

@@clothingscout1734 I can't believe I didn't try that? I usually alternate between Jab+hook or straight+hook, I never like to keep myself too open so I'ma try that next time I see him

@@The_Beaten yea wit the Philly shell he only relying on that left had to block to punches one of em gon land , if the the first one land it stumble him then the follow up one drop em gotta time it right tho
