I concure with next comment...NOTHING SHOULD BE THIS HARD. ..There is a vast population that the systems in place are designed to limit participation in by the millions whos lifes are impacted because of the systimatic and social participant exclutions that result. Ive spent hundreds of patient hours trying to get up to speed and am only more confused and frutrated to tears...TIME ILL NEVER GET BACK. Oh well...I'll be dead soon enough...I give up! (And no...I dont have anyone that can help me...most people in my life are dead!)

Apparently to this guide the only way to reach them is to do either this or you can go through the support section with a different account that you may just for this and you can ask for surface pro support which I had to do to get into my locked Microsoft account which they asked me to sign in to get support and don't provide a phone number you suck Microsoft you you just get better customer support somebody's going to end up suing you if they come on a business deal and their account gets locked and they can't reply okay

This requires you to sign in I cannot sign into my account therefore I cannot have support these people are about to receive a lot of letters with a lot of cussing if they don't let me back in my account

When I go to that page it says I have to login. However, logging in is the problem I need support for. I cannot login, so im stuck. I tried calling the phone number, but it's an automation which just directs me to the same web pages which I cannot login to. Stuck. How do you get support logging in when it requires you to login to get support. Catch-22.

Duh that’s what I just did🤦🏻‍♂️ Microsoft has become a total nightmare, I have the Xbox one x and was thinking on buying the series x, but having these stupid issues that should not even exist I’m thinking on just getting play station at this point.

Bro Microsoft literally scammed me. My Xbox died, I registered it, sent it to their repair service and 6 days later I get an email saying they cancelled my repair order! Either because I asked for it (I didn't), because 30 days have passed since the repair order started (literally 6 days ago, so nope), ooor because my serial code was not the same as on the order (WHICH IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE SINCE YOU ONLY GET A SENDING LABEL AFTER REGISTERING YOUR DAMN SERIAL CODE!). Now I tried to calm myself down and went through their "tech support", only to get sent to a page where you have to fill in a CAPTCHA thing, after that you can finally enter your phone number, 1 millisec after that they instantly send you a message that their phone service is not available at the moment, DURING OFFICE HOURS?!?!?! So what am I supposed to do now? My Xbox is gone to God knows where and there's nobody to contact, plus they don't wanna repair the item which is STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I mean sorry, but fuck Microsoft, literally the worst company I've ever seen. It's a shame I still need their Windows for my work, otherwise I'd boycot them in every way possible. Scam company.....

This is insane. I have a 15 year old Xbox account. I can’t log into my account and to speak to a representative you need to sign in to make an appointment, that’s the entire reason I’m trying to contact them. What do I do

Yesterday I literally had to lie and say that my Xbox wouldn't power on just to speak to a agent, and even then she only half solved my problem; she basically just gave me the gateway I needed to figure out the issue myself while she gave me the runaround. That was one of two issues I needed resolved. Today I'm going to try the other advice I was given; to reach someone through billing, as I've heard they are much more forthcoming in allowing human contact when they think you need to actually give them money.

I’m unable to recover my outlook account. I forgot my password but I finally found my original password but now it says my account is blocked because of too many failed login attempts. And I have no recovery information setup and no recovery phone number. I am still logged in, in my app. But I cannot reset my password because of no recovery information

I hate this company, wish I had another option. I have to rent their crap and no help desk.
