Really clear video thanks. Would you be able to explain Profiles are used? E.g. I have 2 different email accounts so I don't see the point in using profiles although I must have them as when Outlook crashes, it prompts me to rebuild Identities (Outlook 2022 Mac) but I don't ever recall setting any up.

While having outlook for Mac currently does not have this feature (as far as I am aware), you can manage your profiles (which one is the default) through the instructions located here! support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-profiles-or-identities-in-outlook-for-mac-fed2a955-74df-4a24-bef6-78a426958c4c

I have a question. Why is creating a new outlook profile usefull? Is't it easier to add different accounts?

Great question. Creating a new outlook profile solves many technical issues with outlook. It is absolutely easier to add different accounts instead of having separate profiles when outlook is functioning properly. If your outlook has technical problems, attempt to make a new profile.

Sadly this doesn't seem to work for me :( I've created a new profile, set to default, closed down the profile manager and then re-opened Outlook, it just seems to open with my old profile each time for some reason

I've even tried removing all my profiles and then re-opening Outlook... but it still seems to login with that same email account as though nothing has changed!

My main profile somehow got corrupted which prevented me from opening outlook. Outlook tries to repair the profile, but it still failed. I have successfully created a new profile but now I am missing all my emails. How do I migrate my emails from the corrupt profile?

While on the PC version of outlook, this would require the export and import of the .pst file. In the Mac version of outlook, this requires a .ost export and import.
