Please check out my channel for more yumminess. 😋Thank you so much for watching! ️💕❤️ Ingredients: 550g flour (or 200g medium, 350g strong) 230g milk 14g fresh yeast ( Instant yeast 5g, active dry yeast 7g) 1 medium egg 30g sugar 10g salt 50g flavorless oil For the filling prociutto cotto (cooked ham) provolone cheese ( mozzarella, or cheese of your choice) to brush 1 egg yolk 1-2 tablespoons milk sprinkle with mixed of dried seed poppy seed black and golden sesame seeds Bake in preheated oven 180°c or 350°f for 25-30 minutes

Thank u ana's passion i made my own pizza i only have bread flour and it went well. How long will it last if cooked? How long can is the maximum if i thaw it after i ferment it for 2 days from refrigeration . Thank u so much if you answer.

I'm glad you were able to try this and had success with it using bread flour. Cooked pizza can last a few days if stored properly: 1-2 days on the kitchen counter, 3-4 days in the fridge, and up to 2 months in the freezer. Just make sure to wrap it well and use a freezer-safe bag. As for your second question, once you've thawed the dough that has fermented for 2 days, you can start cutting and shaping it. Don’t leave it on the counter for too long, as it has already doubled in volume. If you have any question feel free to ask! 😊 Happy baking! 💖
