Wondering if getting a private label company can make things simple? Also, I am not sure if you are familiar with selling supplements on Amazon, but if for example I have 2 products: Vitamin A and Vitamin B. Both have individual NPN. Will I need to get a separate NPN if I bundle them together? This bundle are just 2 individual products put together in a polybag with a unique UPC? Im not sure where to find the answers.

Hello Brian, Thank you for the video! Do you know if this if this is required for each sku, or each formula? For example, we sell a supplement as a single bottle, but also in 3 and 6 bottle packs. We are FBM, so we just send single bottle in the number they were ordered. So would I have to pay to have all pack sized tested individually even though they all contain the same formula? Thanks for any insight!

I’ve heard bad things about supliful with very long shipping times for like 3-4 weeks, and discontinuing products without telling you and then you have to contact the customer and refund them. It makes your own brand looks bad to customers.

I actually figured out the mg per capsule per ingredient. I measured & weighed each ingredient. Packaged everything, then broke it down. 70g= 70,000 mg. Divided that by the total number of capsules & got the mg for that ingredient in each capsule.

The supplement industry wasn’t a cesspool already, so now we have another layer of profit-hungry sleazeballs. They all seek one thing - greedy grossly inflated profits from selling as much water, flour and assorted low cost undifferentiated generic farming byproducts known as fillers, sprinkled with an infinitesimal amounts of vitamins or chemicals or roots, spice, bark, dirt, or weeds from some farm in rural India that were recently trending having had some rather miraculous exagerrations from a new study involving whatever trending tree bark extract or some rando amino acids now prefering to be called a peptide or what have you, having just been given a cheerful reality check from the well who knows maybe too early to say for sure school of analysis from a random state university research biologist on the Today Show, then sold at crazy high premiums boosted by outright marketing lies and unproven misunderstood health claims made during the online only version of the commercial break, or before the local NBC affiliate lottery results replay video. (Example: "Lions Mane Mushroom Powder.") Supliful is just the newest iteration of shoving risk and responsibility further up or further down the murky supply and distribution chains as the heavyweights like Amazon sit there watching, laughing hysterically at the number of "brands" who are "developing new wellness products" and paying fees every step of the way just to participate in what amounts to a label design contest among little guys paying the house just to see who among them is the last to lose to the other suckers who thought their product label design and ad auction spreadsheet could make them rich (it has thousands of rows and included bids for Smurfs, Papa Smurf, and Smurfette because they used to live in mushrooms and nobody at the guru masterclass thought of that genius bit of finely targeted marketing magic, I bet! Which has got to mean the mushrooms sampled by the KZbin trained, first time health and wellness CE-Bro actually work! Seriously they really do.. When is the last time you've seen the Smurfs?) Meanwhile hapless consumers ingest ingredients are sourced from god-knows-where, and when disaster strikes, everyone will be pointing fingers at everyone else. It’s a lawyer’s paradise, to end on a positive note. Lawyers think this all sounds like an absolutely positively wonderful new world. And they are not on mushrooms.

I’ve looked into Supliful in the past. Margin wasn’t nearly high enough to be able to sell say on Amazon with a profit (not even close) and it’s hard to differentiate based on messaging alone. That said, I think it’s a great choice if it’s an addition to your existing offering and not the main attraction. Think an influencer, fitness coach, or fitness chain offering their own branded protein powder, or an upsell to a product that went viral on Tiktok

Hello, I've been doing research on this very topic. Are you sure that a home business has to follow FDA GMPs? The FDA website states that a private home residence is not a facility and does not have to register with the FDA. Thus said if a home business doesn't have to register then doesn't it make since that a home business doesn't have to follow and report GMPs?

Sounds like the FDA and FTC don't want people launching their own supplement brand or unique formulas. The verbiage in these documents is so laden with legal ways to spin it that one should not venture to challenge it without fat wallets for legal fees and attorneys.
