How hard is it to set FDA enforceable limits for products of harmful compounds. No warning label. Just product doesn't get approved or loses it's license till they fix their game. The limits need to be fair though.

The best way is to formulate for prop 65 compliance but can be difficult depending on inherent formula/product features OR just label with the prop 65 warning.

Luckily of you're overseas and they sue you, a prop65 fine is likely non-executable :')

Yes. Ultimately it’s the company on the label that is responsible not the manufacturer.
