Why Isimi Epe Lagos Got Stuck || Is 2030 Achievable?

Isimi Epe Lagos by Landwey was launched as a game changer, first of it's kind in many ways, the design, price tag and the features of Isimi Estate was not found anywhere else.
.
However, 3yrs after Isimi Epe was launched, with several plots in the different clusters sold already, what is really going on with Isimi Estate by Landwey.
.
Moreso, is there any hope for investors who have bought plots here in this estate and can Isimi Lagos project be truly delivered by 2030.

I really share your thoughts on the fact that the expected support infrastructures to boost the business and commercial viability of ISIMI Lagos seem to be hanging in suspense. The most critical is the proposed international airport project. I bought into the ISIMI Lagos wellness project vision, but my enthusiasm has stagnated. I hope some urgent re-financing initiatives should be considered to fast-track transformational construction works and developments there.

Refinancing shouldn't be an issue frankly, based on the project hype and Landwey portfolio, access to both local and international finance specifically for Isimi shouldn't be a hurdle. Investor confidence is the key thing, the success of everything around the Isimi project rest on how much confidence or lack of confidence Investors have in it

Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it. Definitely, I will be wrong in some certain predictions, so some of my statements will not be as I predicted. I definitely believe Landwey can deliver Isimi, and at any point of time, I am confident Landwey can sway attention towards it with a lot of buzz and the usual Landwey magic. However, the airport is still crucial to the project hitting it's full potential, definitely that's not in Landwey's hands, the proposed airport is similarly crucial to Alaro city hitting it's potential too. At full fledge, Isimi is 11 to 12mins to the proposed airport site, either it's a property owner, an Isimi resident or tourist, that single fact is a huge attraction. Isimi will do well if delivered as envisioned, but it will go exponential with the airport just a couple of minutes away. I definitely will look forward to visiting Isimi in person, thanks once again

Not sure I agree with this video . The polo turf will be ready for the first match by December, the dwelling is booked until next year (at N5M per weekend) . I suggest you visit the site first . I am quite happy with how the project is going and the pricing makes it exclusive. Isimi does NOT depend on the airport

@@naijaman1 who booked the dwelling?, I still passed isimi this Thursday, and yes I agree there are works being done inside which we don’t see, but as at today, nobody can stay a night in Isimi. Moreso, my conclusion is the project got stuck, which means they are not going at the pace they should, I didn’t say abandoned nor failed. Finally, congratulations for being part of the investors at Isimi, I have absolutely nothing against it

I bought into Isimi at the pre launch stage for about 10million. I am not in a rush to build or live there for now anyway. I don’t think anyone will buy at this current price😅. I am glad that I have gotten my physical allocation and survey document. So, I am thinking about when to start building.

This Dec, I am suspecting their will be some buzz and rush for Isimi once again, I feel Landwey still has their magic. With Landwey on site, in no time those that their plots are allocated, would gradually start taking possession

Really? Then I might be special. I got my physical allocation at the end of last year and they just called me that my survey document is ready last month. Well I don’t live in Nigeria, so I don’t really know any other person that bought from Isimi like you guys😅. Did you buy land in Isimi?

I feel sorry for anyone buying Isimi at 150 million or whatever they are selling it at. It is not the same Landwey notorious for abandoning projects and not delivering abi is there another Landwey?

Can you imagine (I bought opp at 6m … it’s now 15m by mirrors home… it’s called dominion city. Google it… 15m vs 150m…. 😅
