Нельзя рассуждать о том чего не понимаешь и не принимаешь,вы не любите Димаша и это очень заметно.Займитесь своим образованием ,научитесь любить и слушать МИР,даже если он не похож на вас.

17:55 you're not wrong, my theory is that this is just overtone d8. Cause also harmonically doesn't make sense to go for d8 from f7 such a weird jump, to clarify, the song is in g minor after those modulations up. So what we hear is g minor chord and you can hear that Dimash is not aiming for d8, he aims for g7, which he did previously in this song. And if you listen carefully it is actually glissando from f7 to g7, but then something happens, it might be also the sound system, if you play just the second part of the note, it sounds like d8.

He was only 22 years old at this time in 2017. He knew very little English at that time, and had to learn this song's lyric phonetically, so cut him a break. He didn't grow up speaking English like you. English is like his 4th language or something. I think he did a tremendous job here. He sang with his heart and soul and all of his emotions out on his sleeves. How long did he hold that high note? With such power and key change to boot! Everyone backstage was like, "WHAT?!" I love his rendition of this song even better than Lara Fabian's. Oh, and that last high note, he just threw it in there. Lara didn't do that in her version.

4:51 Your comment on the "dry" was right on point and lovely. Liked that you sang it yourself. 6:47 Lovely point on the control and come down. 8:09 The straight tone down the line. And operatic examples too. ❤️🔥 10:54 "To church"! 🤣 Colors and joy. That's Sohyang. 14:37 Harmonies and Sohyang slowing down her lyrics slightly for emphasis. 15:03 Your face on her high belting continuously! 16:38 The cry tone and the speaking, the vocal arrangements, and bringing the audience along.

Deep Purple helped to change the world of rock. Heavy metal came later and I personally don't like it having grown up through the 50s 60s 70s world and seen the evolution. I like to hear the lyrics! This song became an issue for Ian Gillan because the highest screams were actually outside his range, which he admitted, and in the end he refused to sing it because he knew he had done some serious vocal damage. He's still performing, btw, with the mighty middle to low ranges intact but he now struggles with the high ones or doesn't perform them, partly due to age (he's 78) but also because of this song. I'm glad we have videos of these early performances, they are priceless.

I've seen other performances on video, I think Lisa's mic is turned down a little too low. No way Lisa's voice doesn't pierce through Mick's voice and it should.
