I think humans are an evolutionary product. They want a balance between homogenity and strangeness. This is a behaviour for getting a feeling of security. The hard lifestyle in former times means more peace in the own group for fighting against others. The peace in a group means to accept the leader and the rules. This a balance too with critical humans lebt and right. Humans are individualists too. If other cultures come together there are conflicts. That is no racism. Racism is a product of legitimation the conflicts. If a culture with high collectivty of organisation meets a culture of individualists, freedom and democratic rules the conflicts are extreme high. There is no possibility for compromisses. There is no room for critic because this is an attack. One side have to be extremely tolerant but the others begin step for step using the tolerance. They don't discuss anything because they become suddenly the enemies of their own collective. Collectives have more facism power. This isn't always a process of racism. But the others means it is so. The collective lives with segregation but the collective learns new strategies because they have to use in the beginning the infrastructure of the others. I was describing the way to conquer a majority with a minorty with power of collective. This was the imperial way of arabs with the power of legitimation by God.
