Every time I take pic I just look sad I jst couldn’t figure out how to fix it even when am trying to smile I jst look like I have no spark in my eyes. Deep down inside I feel hurt. I was abandoned by my family still am not close to them. I felt alone all my life. I hope I also find ways to heal myself from the inside.

I disconnect too. 31 and super strange when people wanna get too close to me. Just came back from a mission helping victims from Helene. But I disconnect way too much to be truly present. Affects life. Went skydiving first time, no thrill or anything. I disconnected. Omgggg I probably should get therapy but hung up on therapist during evaluation lol

That talk at the end tugged my heartstrings. So glad you’re able to heal and you really do seem to have this drive and excitement for what you do. Also this might be the first time I’ve heard someone online talking about how it ages us if we stay rooted in negativity. I’ve started noticing lines lately and I’ve been very emotionally stressed with work/life so I’ll have to try meditation.
