Great demo, Simple and effective! I'm really liking those pickups. As you can see on the guitar on my picture thingy, I built my custom Strat with 2 P90s because I've never really liked the Strat single coil sound. The narrow field pickups are just what the guitar doctor 🏥 ordered! Not PAF humbucker fatness and certainly not single coil thin sound. Almost P90 sounding but different. Yummy 😋. Thanks 😉🎸✌🏼

For sure... in my most recent vids, I am using a strat partscaster with 2 p90's as well. It is hard to explain these NF3s... they have a lot more weight that single coils, but not as much growl as a humbucker. Really a unique thing... one place they shine is where is a lot of noise in the system (amps, 60 cycle hum, high gain), they are the quietest guitar I have! Worth the money without question if it is a usable sound you are looking for. Tell PRS they should sponsor me and Rick! Ha ha. Thanks for subbing too JR... nice to meet you.

@@jorge-_-reza Ha ha! Nice. Got mine from Guitar Center because I had to. Sweetwater does a better final inspection before they send things out. You also might check with them for B Stock or returns and such. I have seen deals here and there over the years. I will keep my eyes open for word from Paul! Ha ha... that was great.

😂 Hey, you know, if I can help a friend, I'll do what I can! 😉 I've been watching other demos and PRS has addressed the issues I have with Strats ( volume knob placement especially). The pickups are the biggest improvement in my opinion. Paul digs yours and Rick's channel, but is making me pay full price...😢 😂 I've saved up around 87 pennies so far (or that equivalent in Mexican Pesos), now I need about 900 X's that to get me one!!!😅

But I actually think there's something to caring about a song that can enhance authenticity. If these are any good that's probably what is happening
