Why do you use size 15 needles instead of the size that the yarn recommends?

If you're using interchangeable needles with a cord that has the tightening hole, just thread some buttonhole thread or even monofilament fishing line through that hole, knit and let it get pulled through for easy-peasy lifeline. The monofilament is the easiest to pull out and then do another row, and also keeps the stitches in line if you have to frog back

While so much of this us helpful, please try to repeat the stitches. For your 10 stich swatch, you only say the first stitches. It makes it hard to follow. I am rewinding several times, and just not getting into the rhythm... because I have to constantly rewind for the stitches for each row. I'd rather hear your voice than the music.

When you knit the Brioche stitch/es, is the yard front or back?

I am making this with medium soft acrylic yarn and 9 Us size needle, and so far so good. I started at row 15 instead of 13 for the triangle cut patterns, still decreasing by 3. a very basic number chart jotted on paper keeps track for when to cast off and/or increase. And I put a safety pin on top of the row that needs to be increased, to keep track of that. Just a couple of tips.

Hi, can I get a link to your cable knit hats you show in the video please? I like yours better than the one I picked out on Ravelry. It looks easier to do and prettier. Thank you for your excellent video. Jen

I need to find a beginner tutorial video since I don’t even know how to hold the needles, I’m sure the teacher goes slow and explains how to……. I’m saving this one for when I learn the basics 😉

I've never thought about using a knitting needle and a crochet needle at the same time. That's opening up so many doors for experiments ❤

There's one thing I don't understand How can both the working yarn and tail be on the same side unless you knit a first row before you separate your stitches?

Loooks like my wool is calling for size 10 needles and it’s only light worsted. Will this work as I’m a new knitter and don’t want to mess this up. I just ordered on Amazon the size 7 you suggested

I believe there is a mistake in the written instructions. Row 6 should have a YO after the Slip and before the BRP. Should read Row 6: With CC, K, YO, *Slip, YO, BRP. Rep from * to last st…. Correct me if I am wrong ,but it doesn’t seem to work AS written.
