For every piece of sowtware within the inMusic Software Center - I click the download button just to receive the error message 'Download [software name] Failed aborted' and no futher action. The only piece of software which did download was the MPK Mini Plus Firmware Updater v1.13 - however, when holding shift + prog select as instructed, nothing happens... resulting in yet another error 'device is not in upgrade mode(818)'.

When I try to update I get to the point where the midi updater says "looking for AD4A to update" but it stalls on that screen and never asks me to click OK as it did for you, on macbook air m1. I bought it used to I need to install it or register it first or somehting. I says the version it has right now is 1.01. Thanks...

Bought a M-Track Solo. No software downloads are available to download. Have no clue what to do next.

You can use 1 velcro strap to strap the snare to the bar so it dosen't bend. Very useful for this kit the snare bar is kinda flimsy

Not really so advanced. They did not provide for simultaneous multitrack recording of the individual drum channels. This is a big let down. The only way to mutitrack is through the use of MIDI and then assign samples, but you can do that with any module so this is not at all unique. I'll stick with my Roland set.

LOC set off, GM set on. New short high quality cable(3 different cables. Reset program after changing to loc off, downloaded/install ASIO4ALL. Probably forgot a few but ive tried LITERALLY EVERY FIX and it just will not send anything to my computer. Ive tried BFD, reaper, various daws, ez drummer, works with NON of them. Can someone please answer if you NEED usb 2.0 ports and if thats my issue, at this point i feel like im going insane, this thing is brand new and i have a very capable pc also. Doesnt make sense that its not working unless the unit is just faulty.
