Hello , thanks for reaching a good technique , I have a question if anyone can help please , I didn’t play basketball for many years and other day did a training session of 2 hours and following day my right knee has a slight soft lump on the outside of the knee but just in one side , it’s feels funny when bending the leg but it doesn’t hurt , does this technique will allow me to get to practice again ? Thank you in advance

Yeesss!!!! This is so true. Love this! Had a hard time on a run this week, mild heat stroke at the end. Rested and had a long run later in the week and it was my best feeling long run. Was so grateful and kept thinking that through out. 🎉

In paper, Hoka running shoes would be perfect for me as a runner, but unfortunately, they are too expensive in my country.

I bought a pair of Hokas because physical therapists recommended them. They were amazing for about a month. The toe box was wide and felt amazing. Within a month the instep broke down and my foot started hurting.I have flat feet. My hip on the same side hurts. I paid $165. I will never buy them again.

Hi there, thanks for your video. Could you give me some advice on what shoes (Hoka or not) to get for everyday use, not running, walking and standing? I have several feet issues, as ankle arthritis, some degree of plantar fascitis, and pain on my heels, as well as on my left big toe. I would really appreciate any advice, as I am totally lost on what to get! Thanks!

With PF, you will generally benefit from having a shoe with a bit of support so it's comfy but not just super soft that you sink in to which would be the Bondi. I would look at the Gaviota or the Arahi. Both are technically stability, the gaviota is going to be the most cushioned. www.runtothefinish.com/hoka-walking-shoes/

I’ve read a few “best treadmill “ reviews that rate the 2450 as best. I want to get it but I’ve seen a number of posts saying how bad nordictrack service is to where people waited months to get parts and issues resolved after waiting for a long time on hold with customer support. Is this still the case? Would reviewers like you have a different experience given that Nordictrack would prioritize responding to you given that you’re a reviewer?

Thanks for the video! A few questions. The manual mode you demonstrated (with the track in the middle) - can that be used with just an iFit account and not having to have a membership? I ordered my 2450 yesterday and got the iFit for 3 years - so not an issue - just wondering for future reference. Also, the treadmill will go in a carpeted room (more of a flat carpet, not super fluffy, lol). I see the mat you are using. Would this be good as well for carpet, do you think? Where did you get the mat? Will the machine work well and be stable on carpet? Thanks for reading and looking forward to your reply. Glad I found your channel!
@RunToTheFinish
@RunToTheFinish 2 ай бұрын
Hey! Yes you can use manual mode without IFit. In terms of the mat, you might want it also because there is black that tends to come off treadmills so it just helps catch all of that. The feet and weight on the carpet should keep it stable

Looks awful. Toe would catch on so many things and make you trip. Debris would get under your foot easily making it uncomfortable. Stub your toe all the time. What an awful product. Please dont put more of your money into this idea, its okay to fail sometimes.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’ve been managing a slow healing torn meniscus for over 2 years and I’ve always had knee pain during and after runs. I’ve never taped my knee until I saw your video so I tried it out. I taped exactly as you suggested and ran a 10K race yesterday with ZERO KNEE PAIN. Not even a little tingle in my knee. It was as if I never injured it. I’m so happy you shared this.

From what you said about super soft shoe and plantar facilitis make me wonder that maybe newbalance1080v13 is the reason I got plantar facilitis 2 months ago. So, can I ask you some questions, please? I am looking to buy a new show to fit in my shoe rotation. Currently, I have asic superblast (daily) newbalance 1080v13 (walk and recovery) But I would like to buy a new shoe to fit into daily category and move superblast to speed shoe. My daily pace is around 7-8 min/km My weight is around 125lbs Now I am interested in some shoes. 1 On cloudsurfer7 I think choice suit for light-weight runner maybe 2 On cloud eclipse 3 saucony ride17 4 adidas supernova rise Or if you have any recommendations, please suggest them to me. Thank you a lot, and I hope you have a nice day.

My knee cap doesn't track properly. I looked into prices and all these tapes are expensive. Do you know of an affordable brand that Stull works. I ended up wasting a bunch of it trying to figure How to wrap it properly but I may try your method if I can find an affordable tape. Seeing I will need to apply this every few days it gets expensive.
