Hi, I have the exact same setup only with a a new 15kw (48v version of 20kw) for my boat. You now have the pump and fan right away to your 12v battery. I would like to have it run when I push the button on the throttle. Is that possible?

Hope you can help. Do you know if the settings should be different if two motors are controlled by the same joystick? I have the same joystick and two 10kW Golden Motor motors. With a single motor running, all seems fine but, with both the throttle is like an on/off switch. My B48/1000 controllers arrived with very different settings as well. I ordered them a couple of months apart. I have the Golden Motor Y cable to run them from the same throttle. Thanks

My problem was that my riding area is very hilly. The Bafang BBSO2 stock 44t chainring with the 16/46 freewheel was overheating due to ghost pedaling up a long hill. So dropped down twice 38t then a Lekkie 28t. This did the trick but I still have chain line issues with granny gears. but gear ratio is suited for my riding needs. Motor running much cooler.

Good install but you didn't mention what your top speed with that chain ring or if you can program it to think it has 29" when it really has 26" to make it slow a higher speed overall. And you could have just said decent, good or poor acceleration. A few points of interest important to me

Where the power really matters is when you hit a hill. A 1000w bike will really bog down up a steep hill but 3kw will just keep going my 5600w scooter doesnt even notice them and gets up to 40 MPH. It’s basically a moped as it comes with a nice seat.

The BBSHD is like a Toyota. Reliable and gets the job done efficiently but kinda boring. The CYC is like a BMW. Looks great, good performance but not great reliability and you pay a premium for it.

BBSHD is actually 1500W, but whatever. That's likely the old model of X1 as well, with 3000W, since the never generation can go 10kW.

Running it with 5kW and can't get it tight enough. It has shred two aluminium frames already. This video also doesn't help if you have a full suspension bike... :(
