Most of you soft nerds can’t even do 25 kipping pull-ups, under 200lbs body weight, let alone deadlift DOUBLE bodyweight (kk does triple)! Side note: KK was so juiced he had to draw bags of blood to keep his blood pressure down. He would save them in his fridge. Words from his own mouth on video interview. I’m 50% sure he said he saves them for doping but I might be imagining that. Look up the interview.

How are you gonna criticize someone who’s at least 3 times as strong as you?

I’ll respect the differences of other people’s opinions but I think this is the most impressive deadlift ever performed. Weighing underweight for the class, full power meet, no belt, no straps, totaled over a metric ton in the meet. Sure other guys have pulled more under better conditions at heavier weights with more equipment but this is the heaviest primal deadlift. A beltless conventional deadlift with mixed grip should be called a KK deadlift

It’s just because the belt won’t make any difference for him. All his deadlifts without the belt are mostly higher records than when he wore it.

Even in 2024 this is still one of the most impressive deadlifts to this day. I don't think anyone has done more than this conventional beltless since then.

Он поднял больше 3х своих весов без пояса, лямок и какой либо экипировки Как по мне это более впечатляюще чем Хавтор Бьернсон и Эдди Холл которые весили на 60кг больше и тянули в экзоскелетах
