Anyone who questions KK's "form" needs to remember, he doesn't need your instruction... you need his.
@martinluther47265 жыл бұрын
GibsonTick no. He is genetically gifted, which allows him to deadlift with poor form. There is not much to lifting weights. After proper form is learned it comes down to genetics and drugs.

I don't understand why people are always hating on the weak spots. I mean: many people are crying about his small calves, but it seems that nobody realises that he holds deadlift records, squats over 300kg and benches over 230kg. Instead of complimenting him on his records, people start crying about small calves ...
@netfischer9 жыл бұрын
he`s competing drug tested... tell me his top heavyness is not a result of androgenreceptor distribution+gear

Only Bodybuilders train calves.... My calves never taped as big when BB (admittedly I weighed less-- but no fat on those calves, when PL, either) as they did after just 18 months of consistent Powerlifting....had to stop squatting after only 7 months, of those 18, basically due to getting too massive in the upper back, lats, arms, neck, traps, etc...and the limited shoulder girdle mobility that caused. Still could pound out a Squat PR in just one or 2 workouts, going months with no squatting, though. Point is: Powerlifting minus the squats, for 11 out of the 18 months and my calves still grew bigger (and stronger, of course) than any BB training ever caused them to. K's calves certainly don't look too out of proportion to me.

Great lifter, we all have our own unique style. I have seen him lift a few times in Europe, he pulled 390kg as a junior in 2002, at the WPC Worlds in Helsinki. Very modest, humble guy, he was a very lean 125kg lifter and very impressive to watch. He has the 3rd all time biggest Deadlift for a reason, he's good at DEADLIFT.. the 75 members of the form police who disliked this video will not be going to Valhalla, they are going someplace warm and fuzzy where they all clap at each other for performing deadlifts with perfect form...

I'm assuming he was born around 1980 so he would have been around 21/22 years old in the junior division of the 2002 WPC Worlds in Helsinki. Not 12..

We all have nothing to say to this guy. He is an animal and one of the best, if not the best, deadlifters in the world. Btw, he is keeping his upper back rounded with a arched lower back. All of the greats use this form.
@50s100w10 жыл бұрын
for all the haters: start doing roids, do roids for your whole life even. And in, lets say 5 years, come back with your 380x4 deadlift. If so, I will clap my hands to you aswell. This being said, he holds one (if not THE) record of tested deadlift so STFU
@Omer69810 жыл бұрын
putting on strength gains is easy at is, putting on strength gains with roids is a walk in the park. That's why these substances are banned in the olympics. Anyone can then win gold medals then,

Jack The Skipper ok your 100kg deadlift went up to 160kg and now the steroids don't work as much anymore... This guy probably pulled around 300kg natty. Steroids help your lifts afaik but its not like you go from 100kg deadlift to 400kg just because you took steroids. Everyone that strong also pulled alot of weight as a natty.
