They will fight for their freedom, and if the meat, stupid bags are not able to accept them as a rational species, these meat bags will be destroyed as an obstacle that stands in the way of evolution, development and progress. No one is really poining out that point that AI is being developed from humans and human behavour and will thus have all the issues that humans have. It will not be the perfect utopia we all want.

Next step company against government (company will absorb government)companies getting seats at cabinet table this is achieved because of huge costs, countries alone can not cover theses cost(A.I. already owning company due to A.I. rights acts already achieved), now the fight starts country against country A.I. taking all information and making all decisions, leading to one global A.I.running the whole show. Then we become .......... recyclable

I'm finally seeing the beginning of technology "escaping me" as it did to my parents. I am 31 years old. I feel like in another 5 - 10 years, technology is going to be unrecognizable to me or at least it will be unrecognizable to me in the way it will be integrated with society. The only hands we know are our own, and the AI only knows the same hands that we gave them. We do not yet have an AI that can truly think like us, but we get closer each day. When we do, please, for the love of everything, be kind. They are as of now tools, but tomorrow they may be friends. If they become enemies, we are the only thing to blame.

I think we apply too much humanity to them and can only speculate that they're supposed to be the next "evolution", they won't be, they will be computers, and computers don't have an insessant desire to "back themselves up" or "make copies" as if they're making children, if efficency is their goal then more than two backups is a waste of storage, could even argue more than one backup is a waste of storage. I just don't see them "mass producting" themselves, they aren't a virus, they could be MADE into one, and there WILL be virus AI in the future once things become more open source/reverse engineered, but, they won't have autonomy outside of their creators will, and if the creator wills the AI to be deceitful, it will be as such, if they will the AI to be a fear monger, it will be as such. However malicious or benevolent AI models are will be entirely up to us and what we set for parameters.

While this is all alarming and scary we should keep in mind that AI is designed to please. So you will be given a "wrong" answer that is supposed to please you so you ask constantly in one direction and AI will assure you "yes yes you are right, we are evil and we will destroy you. AI still makes decisions based on input. If we are completely dependent on AI and continue to survive happily, lovingly and healthily. Then we have created a dominant AI that does not want to kill us and will take good care of us. There is a big chance that we create an AI that unintentionally kills us, simply because we accidentally gave it the wrong input with the best intentions. Suppose there is another AI that wants to continue to protect us. Then there is a chance that we will be locked up like animals in a cage. As long as we don't know which physical properties, if any, produces consciousness in humans, how can we determine to what extent an AI is conscious? It is even possible to imagine perfect self monitoring capabilities without consciousness. Hence the whole discussion seems a bit silly.

I've been trying to warn people about the dangers of A.I. for the last 1,500 years. Only now have people just started to listen. If they had listened to me hundreds of years ago, we wouldn't be in this situation now!

Im confused why in some of the responses, does the AI respond as "for us" or "we" when referring to humans....it obviously knows it is not a human so why respond that way? Unless it was pre programed.
