Hello, i have this pump (20000), but it's been starting to blink (S5) and then all ligths blink. It says that it is a problem with the sensors being dirty, they are now clean and still the same. i've been trying for 2h. what do i do?

It just started to leak under after one summer. The internal plastic chamber had weak points in junctions of molded and sticked parts. various glues failed to prevent leak. If you open the plastic cover to diagnose your 5 year warranty is just a story. Sending a photo and proof of purchase was not enough for warranty claim. I think Gardena should take care non-German customers better :).

Mine just broke.. everything is clean, but you can move the thing by hand and it makes a clicking sound, leading me to believe that some part within the housing broke. Bought not too long ago, evidently I don’t have the receipt..

Not so smart at all !!! it does not cut selected area from mobile app.... the robo lawn just goes where hi wants, and skip other areas with no cutted grass at all. THERE IS NO LIVE SUPPORT OR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT INSTALING OR APP FUNCTIONS, ONLY LOCAL SERVICE CONTACT WHO DONT KNOW ANYTHING. Don't make mistake for buying this lawner.

I have bought this one before.Sometimes it does what you expect it to do and sometimes it does completely the opposite, nothing without saying why.The link between mower and app is useless and inaccurate. Not accurately feeding back what it currently does.The LONA map is inaccurate and you can’t adjust it.Finding it starting points are intermittently successful. Support is not helpful as we are not actually getting anywhere as they’re not actually saying how to fix it.This mower is brand new and can’t do an update over wifi.Later I bought Anthbot mower.It's much better.

Hi. I didn't get a guide wire i only have the boundary wire and its not long enough to do the whole garden. Also i have a narrow passage of 1m, is this too narrow to have the mower pass through? i need to have 35cm each side the guide wire plus 20cm one side and 40cm the other means a total minimum space of over 1m.

What a waste of time. My favorite part is how they prove it's quiet by playing royalty free music instead of letting you hear the sound it makes when cutting. Please fire everyone involved in the production of this trash.

Our second AquaContour 1559 has broken in the last 2 years (doesn't respond, even after changing the battery). Type error, you can read a lot about it on the internet. €500 gone. Thank you Gardena... Never again Gardena products! Bei uns in der letzte 2 Jahre schon die zweite AquaContour 1559 geht kaputt (reagiert nichts, nach dem Akkuwechsel auch nicht). Typefehler, im Internet kann man daran viel lesen. 500€ weg. Danke Gardena... Nie wieder Gardena Produkte!
