Realy sad instructions..just download and install..did it. But then asking to register, asking generate the pin and add product.. so where are those instructions and end result clicking add product ....and thats it, nothing happens

Hello! My sileno nimimo 600 works perfectly so with my cellphone app. We try to download the app to another second cellphone as we want others in family use the sileno nimimo 600 while I am away with my cellphone. It seems that app on second cellphone is not able to connect with sileno nimimo 600. Any can help with this?

They do it on purpose. I purchased a new Silenominimo, and the PIN is missing to force me to register. I don't recommend them.

Hello Géza, You must enter the factory PIN code on the robotic lawnmower in order for it to be in binding mode at all. (up, right, down, left) Then the robotic lawnmower can first be integrated and then you can assign a PIN code yourself. Best Regards GARDENA Service

"Just enter the distance in meters...." then it doesnt show in the app on the video and also I can not find it anywhere in the app. And my mower doesnt seem to find the secondary area connected by a narrow passage even if I have my guidewire through. Guess it needs the guidewire distance setting but as far as I can tell it doesnt exist in the app

Same problem here... I can set the distance in the app, but it seems to have no effect what so ever. It just starts after 1-2m, instead of 20m. Even if I set this area to 100%

I have monitored the mower for a while now and even though I couldn't find the distance setting in the app the mower seems to find the secondary area just fine actually. It just follows the guidewire until it reaches the end where its connected to the boundary wire and then starts mowing there just fine. I'm guessing the distance setting is only relevant if you have more than 2 areas? Also I tried reaching out to service@gardena.com but they replied that they have noe centralized customer service and that I would have to contact the dealer where I bought it

Today in the evening I think i found the reason for the behavior, I described. It seems, that if the robot encounters high grass on his way to the defined mowing area he will start mowing right away, before it reaches the defined distance. As I send the robot on its way a second time today, the area nearby the charging station was cut nicely, and it drove all the way to the predefined mowing area. I think it's a good logic, but nowhere in the manual it is mentioned, that the robot behaves this way under certain circumstances, therefore it is quite confusing and makes it look like the feature is not working. At the moment it seeks at least, that the problem is solved
