I've been using the Aquasensor 9000 (the old model as shown in the video) for years. As I knew machines don't have an eternal life I bought the 11000 about a year and a half ago. Did not immediately got it to work and not yet really needed it to. A week or so ago I tried to get it working with no succes (couldn't set the level for auto start/stop). Two days ago my trusty 9000 ultimately broke down so again tried to get the 11000 working. Frustratingly the answer was no. Long story short: the original manual I had for the device told you needed to use S9 not S7 to start the programming process. I found a newer manual and this video last night correctly mentioning S7 and now the pump starts and stops as required. So always check if a newer manual is available and if videos like these exist. Note I use mine standing on a flat floor, unsubmerged, just to keep the water level in my garden (which is mainly hardened surface) under control.

Its sad that I bought this pump yesterday and was malfunction. She keeps running even when there is no more water and she pumps the water under the preset level. I brought the pump back to the store and now have to wait for Gardena Belgium can look at the pump even I just bought the pump the day before. I hope they are a bit fast because pump is needed.

Hi, I have this pump and it worked perfectly for a couple of months. Now the top led is flashing and then all the led lights flash. And it's not pumping :( I've searched what this means but can't find anything.. can you guys help/advise? 🙏

Bought mine today!:) just one question. The orange feet you can move inward and outwards. Do I need to do something with this? I do not understand:) thank you

Hi, my pump (aquasensor 20000) gives errror 5 ( clean sensor) How do I clean the sensor? I have unpluged and repluged it several times, no solution.

hi , does this product initialize automatically under water or should this be initialized outside water ? Like can i unplug it and then later just put it in water and turn on the electricity, wiil it initialize fully submerged under water ?

Hi, thanks for your question and your interest in our products. In manual mode the pump runs until the pump is disconnected from the power supply. In manual operation the sensor fields are deactivated. The pump then runs until the pump is disconnected from the power supply or another operating mode is selected. Keep the sensor fields S6 and S8 pushed until the double flashing of all LED’s has acknowledged the input. All LEDs will light up and within 5 seconds all the LEDs will switch off one after the other. The pump starts. After 10 minutes the pump automatically switches back to automatic operation. After disconnecting the power supply, the pump automatically switches back to automatic operation. In automatic operation the pump switches on automatically when the water level reaches the switch-on level and switches off automatically when the water level reaches the switch-off level. Ciao, possiedo una 450w acqua sensor. Si può sapere i watt allo spunto? Dovrei comandarla con inverter onda sinusoidale pura e batteria 12v con inverter 220v mi serve sapere lo spunto in watt in avvio. Grazie

Hello, i have this pump (20000), but it's been starting to blink (S5) and then all ligths blink. It says that it is a problem with the sensors being dirty, they are now clean and still the same. i've been trying for 2h. what do i do?

@@fredericmery991 i wiped it alot, pulled the plug, put it back in the water (enough to cover the whole range of sensors) and put i back in the socket and it started working again

I have clean all the pump and leds captor. Same problem after, le s5 is blinking when inpress s7 to set up and down level

I bought Dirty Water Pump Aquasensor 20000. When I am there, it is working. But when I leave and the rains start, the pump does not restart based on the settings of water levels. Or maybe it does but then stops working after some time. My cellar is completely flooded again because I can not there all the time and remove the pump from the water to start working again. I thought this will be a reliable product when purchasing. But it seems it is not reliable.

Hi Gorglin1, thanks for message and for having chosen a GARDENA product. Did you set the automatic mode? Automatic mode is signaled by flashing of sensor light 9. The functions of the pump can only be set outside the water and with a dry sensor field. You have to stay on the sensor fields long enough. In which country do you live? @@GardenaWorldwide Hello, yes I have set the sensors as mentioned in the manual. I live in the Czech Republic. Yesterday I have set the lower level sensor to be higher. I suppose the problem might be the water coming back from the hose once the pump stops after reaching the minimal level. Then it has to keep pumping all the time and stops after some time. I hope this will fix the issue. In general I suppose it would be good to implement some reverse throttle valve already to the pump to avoid return of water. Thank you for getting in touch with me. Ich habe einen Wasserschaden im Keller, meine einmal benutzte Gardenapumpe war defekt, ich brauchte dringend einen Ersatz und hatte die Idee etwas hochwertiges zu kaufen. Zu Hause angekommen, gab es keine Möglichkeit diese Pumpe mit gängigen Gardenaschläuchen zu verbinden. Schlechte Anleitung. Die Pumpe ins Wasser zu stellen und anschalten auch Fehlanzeige. Der Verkäufer sagte, da gibt es You tube Videos, was ich nun gefunden habe. Insgesamt passt dies nicht. Zu umständlich zu aufwendig, die Schlauchlösung ist unterirdisch. Ich bin enttäuscht.

If you bought the product in Germany, you already have the instruction printed in German, as well you can download the pdf from the German website. Not knowing an international language and then complaining about it it's typically German.
