I love this guy so much. it's like if he was made by an AI the way he speak. His video are all so good. I am a real manga drawer and I will never keep drawing because drawing is my passion. But I want also to be able to render nice picture (not manga) and this helped me a lot. So, if I want to create a fast and save timer image, I use this. But I will never stop drawing. Clipstudio, previously manga clip studio.

I find all the nodes just for fixing hands are still faulty and cant recognize hands of more than two people in a pic. I would rather put the pic in Photoshop to fix the hands and put the editted picture back in Comfy UI and refine it, faster than the nodes.

I'm beating my head against a wall here. I cannot use any image to video CogX workflow. They are all broken in different ways for some reason on my pc. Right now this workflow gives me this error: Prompt outputs failed validation CogVideoDecode: - Exception when validating inner node: tuple index out of range And the worst part is I have no idea who to ask for help.

I just tried this too and had the same error. I tried updating ComfyUI, but that didn't work, since it was already updated. Still a good idea to do that tho. After a bit of troubleshooting, I ended up having to replace these 4 nodes - CogVideo Sampler, the CogVideo model download, the video encode and decode nodes. You'll have to copy the previous node values to the appropriate spots. My guess is what happened was that the nodes have changed in a way that possibly broke the workflow somewhat. This got it to work and queue up and run, but I got some weird artifacts. It's probably my just settings.

Just wondering. New to Comfyui. Couldn't you just queue the output for the text only. Copy paste into the prompt. disable and unload models/ empty vram option. and just run the rest of the workflow - it's a few extra seconds. Maybe I don't understand because I'm a noob.

since it works with SDXL will it works with ponyXL model? or IllustriousXL model?

Normal SD images take a few seconds, but when I do SDXL images, they sometimes take like 15 freakin minutes? Other times with the same parameters SDXL only takes like 3-4 minutes? It randomly speeds up and slows down lol its very annoying. I'm using an RTX 4070 8GB and 32 GB sys RAM. *Edit:* I fixed it. I added --xformers to my parameters in the SD loading file. Then ticked xformers in optimizations...boom reloaded everything and what took 20 minutes is now down to 45 seconds to 2 minutes! awesome.

Its good, but these tools going behind paywalls stiffle open source solutions. You only have to look at the fact there is nothing that can be run locally that comes even close to suno or udio.

4:15 Those are *text-to-video.* 😉 That is the standard look of MiniMax AI realism. MiniMax has a very distinct look when you generate realistic-type images, that looks much different from Runway and from images generated using programs like MidJourney.

I'm thinking about subscribing to Minimax, but i've read that some people have concerns with sharing their information because the company is based in China? Also i've heard that some people have paid for the 'unlimited' deal for minimax and it never went into effect, and that minimax support is somewhat non-existent. Has anyone here had any problems with payment or anything regarding Minimax? Maybe it's best to pay using a 'virtual card' or something?

It's great that they have image input, which some others do not. The next stage for them is video to video to reskin scenes. Really what everyone needs is video to video, with one keyframe already converted so it knows exactly how to reskin.

Hi ! I don't know if anyone had that problem before, but my first generation is working fine, and then all my subsequent generations are just black. Sometimes it work again for one time after rebooting my computer, once I got lucky and it worked again after changing the scheduler but everything black again afterwards. Any Idea why it might do that ? I have a RTX3090 and 32gb of Ram.

The examples were excellent, actually, though I have cleaner ones in my own A.I. films, with almost no morphing. MiniMax renders animation much better than Runway, Kling and Luma, this is the reality. 😎
