OMG! Thank you, that felt great. The breathing part relaxed my whole body & helped my knot in my back. Dang fibromyaliga just sucks. I've got knots all over my body. I use pressure points to relieve the pain in my back, shoulders, elbows, & my knees, I even have trouble breathing. And OMG, IT FEELS GREAT WHEN DONE BY MYSELF OR MY FAMILY rubbing the holly snot out of it. I usually do it myself & a conner of a door jam, the wall conner tool box, or a dresser. It feels good when I press the holly cr*p out of it. Instant releasing the pain. Thanks again. I'm putting this little trick in my toolbox in my brain. God bless, Chris from Missouri
