The fragility of the Z-6 propellant tanks were well known by this time, as they had been responsible for a number of high-profile deaths. Mitrinomon Transports asserted that they did not see this as a defect, and that they were making a deliberate tradeoff between decreased resilience to physical shock and impacts (which should be uncommon), for the gain in agility and comfort of the wearer by keeping their pack's weight to a minimum. Regardless, immediately following this incident, newly manufactured Z-6 Jetpacks started coming with a safety placard alerting the user to the inherent risks of jetpacking, with half of the placard--one whole side--dedicated alone to the hazards of dropping or impacting the propellant tanks' sidewalls.
