Its funny how George totally just intended for Boba to be a throwaway character and almost a satire of the menacing henchmen character, yet he was so highly regarded that he had to build an elaborate backstory for him. And then fleshed out said backstory even more in the animated series, which coupled with his already existing popularity necessitated that disney make his survival canon and bring the character back. Sometimes the best things can happen entirely by accident.

He wasn’t even meant to be a character to begin with. The white prototype was intended to be for an army of elite stormtroopers, but they made the prototype and couldn’t afford to make the rest of the suits. They ended up painting the suit and wrote in a character just so they could use it. I can’t remember the name of the guy who originally painted and remodeled the suit, but he obviously did a phenomenal job.

I mean he is considered a jedi killer since he is known for killing jedi and taking their lightsabers as trophies and sometimes practicing with one and after some time he figured out that when Windu killed his father by decapitating his head off his father was still alive for some short amount of time and that got him even more enraged and fueled his anger towards jedi more. He is also and sometimes Darth Vaders go to guy for hiring to kill Jedi and Vader is busy or cant with more important things at hand. Plus the outfit is mando style which is pretty cool in my opinion also a skilled fighter that's why I find him amazing :D

For me, this is the scene in the OT that confirms that Han is unknowingly strong in The Force. How else can you explain a blind man randomly swinging a stick behind him that happens to activate a jetpack?

What I got from this scene is that Fett was a scrub that got lucky in tracking them and got into a situation where he was in way over his head; a non-entity accidentally taken out by his blind quarry. It never occurred to me as a kid that Han might have force powers.

Boba Fett is kind of the equivalent of the strong guy from Raiders of the Lost Ark who fights Indiana Jones and then gets shredded by the plane propeller; a henchman who's supposed to have a humorous defeat. So where's the Indiana Jones Expanded Universe telling how before the events of Raiders, the strong guy was the greatest henchman in the world and successfully killed countless adventurers who are stronger and smarter than Indy, but somehow wasn't able to take him out as easily? Where's all the fan made stories about how he somehow managed to survive and stitch himself back together and went on to have even more adventures! In terms of action scenes, even he does more than Boba Fett does in these movies!
