Omg I do the same thing!!! I’ve watched the flow of stuff in my home and realized I needed more trash cans. If trash tends to gather in a spot then we need a can there. I made over an empty over sized hot cocoa can and put it on the dryer for lint and used dryer sheets. Though the trashcan is two steps away, lint NEVER made it that far. So now it has a cute place and we can manage much better.

I come back to your channel from time to time, and the last time was during your long break, and before that was around a year after your concussion. Do either 1 room a day deep clean, or if a space is really a challenge, do one wall at a time. That way it’s smaller section, which might make it seem more manageable.

I did this same thing this weekend! It is literally so hard when you see everything building up to this point because you know at the end of the day we are only hurting ourselves by not doing it and prolonging but you just cannot muster up the energy to do the things when we should, ao it builds and builds and eventually it’s overstimulating think about how and where to begin and you can’t even be around it 😢 one thing,I have ADHD, and I’m very forgetful and start too many tasks without finishing them. One thing I have started that has helped a lot especially when I’m cooking is when I take some thing out and I’m done using it, I put it away right away because if I let it sit on the counter and continue to move forward with cooking by the time that I am done cooking I just wanna sit down eat and chill out and I’m not gonna go back in there put everything away. 8x out of 10 lol You did an amazing job! It looks great 👍🏼
