As a yoga student I can tell you: know your students, by name and by personality, really connect with them, be authentic, offer adjustments, speak about your yoga experience and hardships, stay for discussion after class. And really care about if they are coming or not instead of being indifferent. They will feel it, I promise you.

Have seen a yoga teacher with terrible classes and still had full classes. The reason was that she was teaching during weekends which is usually less popular among yoga teachers. But generally, success when it comes to yoga teaching is about how well can you lead a yoga class, your personality, and also your marketing skills.

Yes, that could be true, the weekends are the most popular and sometimes people just want to take a class and don't care who teaches, but usually it's due to what you and I both agree on.

Hi Coach Danielle! Is this for men also? I am a man and did this lesson but it was just brutal! I did not even use any weights at all but still could not even finish the lesson and gave up as my arms and shoulders just collapsed.😢

I am now trying this regularly with my mother-in-law, I am not using any weights but still not finishing the session and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover😟 My MIL did the video twice over 10 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps bulge like yours and she has invincible strength!! I feel really low and defeated.

Hi Karin, Thanks for checking out this video- my classes definitely move faster than a traditional yoga class, but if you count the breathes you hold the standing poses for they are held for at least 5-7 breathes, which is standard in a vinyasa class. If you're looking for a class to really hold the poses for a longer period of time yin yoga is great for that.

I can do headstand with the help of wall but how do i manage to do it without the wall?? I always fall the other side when i try to do it!! Pls help

I know, it can be tough. You have to develop a TON of core strength to hold you up. I recommend to keep practicing with the wall behind you and move yourself slightly away each time so you are just a bit further away from the wall each time, but it's still there if you fall. Eventually you'll get it and be able to do it without a wall- or not, and that's fine too! ; )
