But generally, success when it comes to yoga teaching is about how well can you lead a yoga class, your personality, and also your marketing skills.

Yes, that could be true, the weekends are the most popular and sometimes people just want to take a class and don't care who teaches, but usually it's due to what you and I both agree on.

As a yoga student I can tell you: know your students, by name and by personality, really connect with them, be authentic, offer adjustments, speak about your yoga experience and hardships, stay for discussion after class. And really care about if they are coming or not instead of being indifferent. They will feel it, I promise you.
