With that element, does it actually get hot enough to melt copper or even brass/bronze? How long to melt aluminum? BTW, it looks like poor quality aluminum, but that's what you get from melting cans.

Отличная работа. Но, только при наличии такого оборудования, можно делать такие вещи, а не в кустарных условиях! Не удевил. P. S. Завидую, белой завистью. 👍👍👍

The bigger and heavier the flywheel the more power??? That’s what I’m thinking ???😮
When can I expect this at Northern tool or Harbor Freight ?

What model is your Makita drill? ALso, how did you line up the holes for the gear shaft from side to side? I would have thought you needed to bore the 2 holes after you welded them so they were concentric. Very nice fabricating work!

Why do you keep stopping it before it fully splits the wood????
@billsanborn583618 күн бұрын
like to see it split different varieties of wood,
@seanoharmaigh19 күн бұрын
It's very well made, no doubt. But the splitting blade is too small. It's too much work splitting medium-sized logs over and over again. Only wish I could make something like this well done.
@computermaster36019 күн бұрын
How much would you sell a splitter like this for? How much did it cost to make?

@timcritz319426 күн бұрын
Nice little toe jack. I use them often in my job to put skates under heavy items. .the metal for the toe on yours seems a little thin. The ones i use the toe is at least 1/2 inch plate. I've never seen a pneumatic vice. That was cool.

Having it all depend on two welds seems a little dodgy, but then again you can't lift things very high and you seem to know what you're doing.
