This is exactly what I was looking for. This helped so much. I wanted to how to draw the illusion of all the leaves on trees without literally drawing every leaf. I knew there was a trick to it I didn't know. Thank you immensely

It’s a dead channel, wonder where he is at now? But I do have to thank him for helping me be the artist I am today (and for bragging rights to my cousins).

Thank you. I am starting to do landscapes and I’m looking for videos that have like grass trees, bushes, lakes, and stuff like that and this one was so helpful. Thank you.

Excellent thank you. This was so helpful. Im just learning and Iv made a couple of sketches but didnt understand how to do the outside lines better, how to section the different shaded areas and how blending worked. 👍👍👍😊

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but my leaves keep looking like a mass of pubic hair...

Joseph Ruebins are less softer, but are very good. What I am doing is using the harder ones first and use the softer ones over the Ruebins.

Youre a better teacher than 90% of the others I've seen. You give important little details about exactly what you're thinking and why you're doing what you're doing!!! Nice job

I've been struggling for a while now trying to draw realistic clouds. Especially the puffy ones, where they overlap one another. I don't know where to organically put shadows to give it a three-dimensional look. I'm also having trouble drawing the overlap of the clouds. I'm very frustrated, I didn't think that drawing clouds would be so difficult. I saved your video so when I start drawing again I can reference it, thank you for making this video.

I have been working on clouds lately and found your video helpful. Thank you for sharing. One person liked your music, personally I found it a little distracting, maybe lower volume.
