I heard that at the top of the Tower of Spite there's a giant that shoots giant arrows to the people around the graveyard and you have to make peace with them to make them stop shooting you.

Does anyone remember the spectre of the airman looking for medals..50 years after he and his plane were lost a plane crash up there.. .. that story gave me an unnatural aversion to low clouds.

I know the feeling. As a trail crew worker in Idaho we would take small single engine Cessnas into the landing strip at the Flying 'B' guest ranch on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. Air density issues during the summer play havoc with low powered airplanes so many crashes have happened, some fatal. As you fly in, a look out the window to see wreckage strewn to either side of the short dirt rumway, speaks to the reality of back country flying.... even the most experienced pilot can have a bad landing on a bad day. I was never comfortable about flying there as the stall buzzer goes off and on as a routine thing. One time, on a hot day, we had landed and the frustrated pilot got the brush axe then climbed the ridge at the end of the runway and cut down two trees making a take off safer. Crazy for sure.

Just found your channel by Facebook somehow and even though I'm from the U.S. east coast this video reminds me of a massive rock covered in lican moss near my house however it's Also got old rune viking like writing on it which is fascinating as the writing is obviously older than the moss which grows over it
@northernintrovert6 сағат бұрын
Wow that sounds cool. Any idea what the old rune marks are about?

@northernintrovert no but oddly enough nobody who walks the trail seems to notice it regardless of it being right next to the main path but it's got this aura of mystery and eerieness to it

Wetting the stone can help to improve visibility of old carvings. Or you can use crayon/chalk on paper as for brass rubbings.
