Its not a viewing platform, its an airship, diridgible boarding platform, for people to board the old world, trans atlantic transport system..they knocked most of them down..effiel and black pool tower were two major ones....docking stations and boarding platforms..hence the steps..there are plenty yt channels covering it...they will alway attach some glib story to things they want hidden and covered up...which is that less than 100 years ago, society was more advanced in general..both poles were mapped since 13,00's using balloons and advanced airships and diridgibles...the hindenberg was the first false flag by roth-childs, and carnagy the oil cartels..
