My 2024 came with the upgraded wt style Ford performance tie rods. I feel like people that break them don't drive properly. Lay off the gas. Don't use the front dif lock anymore than you have too. Just remember when you strengthen the tie rod the steering box will be next to break. Which is cheaper? 😅

@@Travisj9935 well 1st we always recommend our customers reinforce the rack 1st. Second I’ve seen a Raptor with these “ heavy duty tie rods” barely doing anything and brake. I can also tell you from experience it can cause other major damage and I’ll show that in our next video

Imho without question helical or herringbone cut gears will run quieter than a similar profile straight cut gear. On yhe issue of quietness, how quiet is quiet enough? I dont think any of us are worried about stealth level quietness, unlike a submarine where noise kills. So do a side by side comparison. Measure the the sound level of each. I suspect that if pne dig deep enough you would find both are avceptable, perhaps the biggest difference being lift.

Nice video. Wouldn't the articulation go outside of what the Ford Engineers designed the Bronco (whether it be Sasquatch or not) to handle? Would this void the warranty as well? Is this the same amount of articulation as a Badlands Sasquatch has?
@BroncBustertx
@BroncBustertx 29 күн бұрын
no, it does not. A sway bar is a on highway safety feature. It does not void warranty, it is a slight difference from the Badlands Sasquatch articulation with the automatic swaybar disconnect. In my opinion, it is a better option because there is less things to go wrong.

@@OlDuckOffroad we are installing the rear sway bar, but that will be in a later video as we progress and show the differences. the two door does not come at all with a sway bar so we will add it when we do the rock crawler kit. The reason why I have landed on this one it is by far my favorite option. On our Badlands, I would remove the automatic if I had the choice.

2 1/2 year Bronco owner here. I would definitely recommend getting the rear shock skids before the metal mounting plates on the shocks get bent out of place from off-roading. It’ll save you the hassle of trying to bend them back with hammer/grinder. Trust me, wasn’t fun. There’s a lot out there but I believe BroncBuster’s is the best, the metal they used is real thick where I can have ease of mind on the trail now. Still need to get the tie-rod busterbrace but for now I drive around with a spare tie-rod. Definitely a must.
