Do we have to buy it with the ford performance tie rods? I would rather use FMI, or FABTECH heim tie rods. Also can we get the stage 3 housing anodized? I am going to assume that the steering rack allready comes with the stage 3 housing and the bushing pre installed?

The rack comes with the tie rods so you can sell them. I can send with it programmed and the housing separately so you can have it anodized if that helps. Yes we normally pre install so it’s plug and play.

Is this rack an upgrade over the already-upgraded steering rack included on new Badlands?

@@sakomeow so your new Badlands comes with the severe duty steering rack. we offer the ultimate steering solution which reinforces both ends with the bushing and the housing but since you already have the steering rack, the only thing you would need to add would be the ultimate steering package. Basically you could add on the housing, the bushing and the braces.

That's awesome you've joined up with Ford Performance! Great value. Question, would this be able to ship to a Ford dealership near me and have them install this package as long as they have the level of certification for such a job?

Absolutely. I would want to talk with them and go over the process because it is slightly different than what they normally used to.
