why is it that everyone that paddles thinks they're a coach ? Paddle a V1 and maybe i'll listen
@HYPRFIT17 күн бұрын
@jamujas8480 .. another new "troll" profile by one my haters .. yeah .. I do paddle V-1 as well & Surfski and Prone and SUP and Swim - PLEASE DON"T Listen to anything or anyone because you're obviously close minded ..each of those disciplines HELP you get from one skill level to the next . but what do TROLLS know - absolutely nothing .. I guarantee i've coached more people n the last 15 years than the number of people you've ever met ... it's easy for you talk when you hide ANNONYMOUSLY under a fake profile .. just a COWARD . put it out there.. let's see YOUR Take on Coaching 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂

Can someone explain what he means at 0:52 and 1:58? I thought he meant don't bend the elbow to recover (to get the paddle out), and he doesn't bend it each time he is explaining that technique. But when he isn't focused on that, his bottom elbow is bending to recover. Example 4:48.

Great lesson! I used to dive forward with my chest the way your students did. I learned better in a workshop, but have lost the sitting up aspect - I noticed this in practice today and want to reincorporate it into my stroke now that I’m rotating smoothly and not rocking the boat. Aloha and mahalo from Seattle!

I don't paddle OC's but the blade would look great hanging on the wall as a piece of art.

Not correcting technique just focusing on READING the water and CHANGING GEARS to take advantage of the moving BUMPS
@glsheaАй бұрын
I used my new Disciplinarian all carbon on OC 1 today for the first time….with better ‘discipline’ I did my 10 miles run 0.1 mph faster with less effort… average heart rate was 10 points lower…slowed down stroke rate & increased stretch slightly. Top hand swing is easier with the light weight carbon.

Awesome Brother .. you forgot to mention you're a 70 plus STUD !!!!! 🤣😁😆😆❤❤❤ - But for US .. Lower Heart Rate and Faster Speed is a WIN !!!

Aloha Ian. Absolutely, being relaxed is vital for paddling and any sport really. If you start tensing up and gripping the bottom hand too tight, fatigue and arm pump will ruin your day.
